Club Committee

The Club's operations are managed by a committee. The Executive Committee is comprised of the President, Secretary and Treasurer. These appointments are made annually by the Commanding Officer, Adelaide University Regiment.

The Executive may call for nominations for additional committee members to assist with Club operations and administration. The Committee meets monthly and members are welcome to attend meetings.

The Club Committee is responsible for:

• ensuring the Club operates within the limitations of its Constitution
• complying with the Firearms Act 1977
• ensuring the safe and responsible use of firearms within the Club
• promoting sporting and recreational shooting within the Defence community in South Australia

President

The President is responsible for the effective governance of Club operations and liaison with Defence units within South Australia.

Secretary

The Secretary is responsible for Club operations including membership, liaison with regulatory authorities, training, records management, coordinating Club meetings and other administration.

Treasurer

The Treasurer is responsible for the management, audit and reporting on the Club's financial position.
