AURRPC operates under South Australian legislation. However, it is often useful to understand requirements within other jurisdictions. Some federal legislation affects firearm lience holders, especially when importing or exporting firearms and ammunition.
This site was established to provide improved access to South Australian legislation and information about South Australian legislation, including information about the making, commencement, operation, variation or cessation of legislation and the making, commencement, operation, variation or cessation of other instruments made under legislation.

Australasian Legal Information Institute
A joint facility of UTS and UNSW Faculties of Law, the AustLII provides free internet access to Australasian legal materials. AustLII's broad public policy agenda is to improve access to justice through better access to information. To that end, we have become one of the largest sources of legal materials on the net, with over 20 gigabytes of raw text materials and over 4 million searchable documents.
